The intake process at Health Allies is unique.  Our intake therapists are skilled providers with many years of experience who are here to welcome you to our practice, quickly complete all of the necessary paperwork and meet insurance requirements to make your process go smoothly, and expertly match you with the therapist at Health Allies that will meet your unique concerns and needs. Their warm, welcoming approach lets you know that you are safe, cared for, and heard. 



Denise is an LCSW with more than 15 years of experience and describes herself as a student of the student of the human experience. She enjoys the stories of who we are and being a therapist allows her to help people evolve into the very best versions of themselves. She loves the process of walking through the challenges life throws at us and seeing clients emerge victorious on the other side of those challenges. She is passionate about working with clients navigating difficult life transitions, relationship issues, work life balance and with clients in communities of color and those who identify as LGBTQIA.
