Life is challenging, and your individual healing journey is unique.  As your counselor, I would strive to create a collaborative, caring, and supportive environment
where you can bolster your inherent strengths and where you can feel encouraged to direct the course of your treatment. To help you obtain such growth, we may use interventions from
person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other therapy theories to help you achieve your healing goals. Additionally, my use of cultural humility and a relational-cultural therapy framework will help ensure that we can work in a manner that is sensitive to your life experiences and background. I believe being accepted in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner is the key to fostering sustainable, holistic growth and healing.

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University, and I am working towards my clinical counseling licensure under the supervision of Catherine Nyhan,
LPC. As a counselor, I bring diverse experience working in a range of counseling and health settings including college counseling, crisis care, community health, and private practice
organizations.

People in my life have described me as warm, patient, accepting, calming, and insightful. When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, reading, hiking, camping, and traveling.

I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to help clients improve their lives around issues such as
● Depression
● Anxiety
● Trauma and PTSD
● Race-Based Traumatic Stress
Intergenerational Trauma
● Challenging Life Transitions
● Loss and Grief
● LGBTQ+ Concerns
● Gender Identity

● Stress Management
● Self-Compassion
● Self Esteem
● Deepened Self-Awareness
● Deepened Connection with Life Values
● Boundaries
● Emotional Regulation
● Development of Assertive and Clear Communication

I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me and my professional background. I look
forward to the opportunity to work further with you.
