Hello! I am Kenzie Bolden , (she/her) a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Oregon (pending). I earned my M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University in 2020. My work since then has centered on providing individual and group therapy for adults with a focus on the college student population.

Two modalities that heavily inform my work are Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to learn coping skills to manage distress, as well as practice emotional vulnerability. In this space, I invite clients to stay connected to their values and create a life that is meaningful to them, even in the presence of pain or uncertainty. My approach often includes mindfulness, humor, creativity, and self-compassion as tools for growth.

I respect that it can take time to build the trust necessary to open up about issues in therapy, and I bring patience and compassion to that process. Additionally, I favor a collaborative approach to therapy, in which client and therapist combine personal and professional expertise to arrive at creative, personalized solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts, playing pickleball, and thrifting. I also have a pitbull named Ron who lights up my life!
