Our goal is to help you to understand narcissism and its effects on you, supporting you in healing what is keeping you stuck, and in understanding the patterns that may keep this cycle passing on from generation to generation. This kind of abuse isn't only from a partner - it can also come from, a parent, a family member, friends and coworkers. 

 

This is not a support group, but an educational event. It is not a substitute for therapy. I highly recommended attendees work with a therapist for their healing in addition to attending events through this meetup group.
