“I want to help clients find the tools that can allow them to locate themselves again in the midst of whatever transitions or challenges are happening in their lives. What that looks like is different for everyone - whether you are facing a professional shift, a personal loss, or a chronic medical condition, I will focus on seeing you rather than just your ‘issues’. Together we will work on sorting out the things that you can do to improve your life from those that are beyond your control.”

Paulette is a Licensed Professional Therapist and hold Masters’ Degrees from the University of Virginia and Southwestern College in Santa Fe, NM. She has worked as a therapist for 15 years in New Mexico, central Oregon, and her native Portland and in settings ranging from long-term residential treatment for adolescents, to a nursing home for elderly citizens, to community mental health clinics with refugee and immigrant clients from various cultures.

Paulette is also included on the listing of Clinical Supervisors of the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
