"Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in" -- Leonard Cohen

Hello there. I'm Stacey --- an Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a friend, sister, daughter, wife, and mother. I became a social worker because I firmly believe that all people deserve respect and attention, and because I believe that people can intentionally alter the trajectories of their lives, even amid fierce adversity.

Reaching out for professional support can be uncomfortable and yet you've already led yourself here. You already have within you what is needed to access greater mental health. My role as your therapist is to support you in accessing those internal resources to get to a place of increased peace. In my practice, I pull from a range of therapeutic approaches that are all anchored in mindfulness and the idea that our thoughts impact our feelings and thus, our behaviors. I approach my clients with a mix of sincerity, humility, and humor.

Before focusing on mental health therapy, I held several different positions in governmental social service agencies and health systems. Those roles gave me insight into the mental and emotional struggles of people across communities. Over time, I have developed a special interest in working with people in need of support around pregnancy and post-partum.

Outside of my therapeutic work, I am often cleaning up toddler messes and sharing quality time with friends and family. I also love thrift shopping, dancing in the living room, and gardening (well, weeding, mostly).

Areas of interest include:
