Clark Hazel (he/they),  Licensed Professional Counselor .  Clark brings years of experience working with members of the Queer and Trans community, providing gender-affirming letters. He works with those who are questioning their gender identity, navigating barriers to receiving gender-affirming care, and working with folks experiencing difficult family relationships related to their transgender/non-binary identity.. Clark has immediate openings for clients with Oregon Medicaid (Healthshare, Trillium, Pacificsource, Yamhill, Columbia, Jackson Care Connect and Open card), Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, Moda, Pacificsource, Providence, United Healthcare and cash pay.
