Melanie Swallow, LCSW.  Melanie joins us with 15 years experience as a therapist.  Melanie works with somatic based therapies, DBT, and CBT to help clients address the emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of healing and supports clients dealing with trauma, PTSD, bipolar and other mood disorders, life transitions and stress.  Melanie takes Oregon Medicaid (Healthshare, Trillium, Open card and others),  and Cash Pay.  Other insurances will be coming soon.

Ruma Marshall (she/her) Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Ruma is a licensed Clinical Trauma Professional, and specializes in helping clients heal from all forms of trauma, such as domestic violence, traumatic events, intergenerational trauma and more. Curtis White (he/him), Licensed Professional Counselor is an advocate in the LGBTQIA community and other marginalized identities presented with systematic oppression.  He also specializes in working with individuals with disabilities, depression, anxiety, and other persistent mental health disorders. About Health Allies

Health Allies Counseling is a group practice that brings together a diverse group of therapists with a common goal of serving Oregonians looking for a partner in their health.  We serve individuals from families of all kinds and incorporate approaches that recognize the importance of addressing the interconnection of body, mind and soul.  We are committed to providing an inclusive and safe space for healing and consider ourselves an LGBTQIA2S+ focused, trans-affirming, anti-racist, and progressive leaning practice. In addition to our LGBTQIA2s+ focus, we operate from a social justice lense and stand also with People of Color and immigrants. While our therapists are affirming and each have their own interests, specialties, approaches and focus, our practice was founded by Tiffany Kettermann, LPC, LMHC, CADCI, who began with a focus on healing for marginalized people affected by trauma, narcissistic abuse, drug and alcohol use, and domestic violence.  You will still find therapists here passionate about supporting people affected by these issues. We are currently providing teletherapy and in person services.  Welcome! Come on in!
