Hi, I'm Hannah Strong (she/her), I'm a Clinical Social Work Associate, and I'm very glad you made it here. As a therapist, I believe that my role is to provide a space for hope and growth, so that you can move through the world in a way that feels more authentic and in-line with your spirit and values.

I work with adults & minors, integrating holistic practices, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together, we co-create a space to learn, enhance self-efficacy, and practice embodiment exercises. Our sessions may include forms of movement or crafting if they suit your needs and preferences. I particularly enjoy focusing on identifying deeply ingrained patterns of behavior and exploring childhood experiences. I value incorporating laughter, celebration, and community-building, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for your journey.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry from Midwestern State University and my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. My professional experience includes working with children and adults, as well as working in a Disability Resource Center. I truly look forward to learning more about your lived experiences and working together from a place of unconditional positive regard.

You can often find me taking dance classes around the city, reading spooky books, lounging around at coffee shops/restaurants/concerts with friends, knitting yet another pair of socks (I have my comfort pattern!), or enjoying nature through a walk or swim
