Are you looking for a therapy position where your work supports your life — not the other way around?
At Health Allies Counseling, we believe meaningful clinical work and long-term sustainability should go hand in hand. We are a small, collaborative group practice intentionally built to reduce burnout, honor the full humanity of therapists, and make it possible to do deeply fulfilling work over the long term.

We hire Licensed Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and Counselor Associates (CSWA, Professional Counselor Associates) who want fully supported W-2 positions that focus on clinical care while being backed by a skilled, values aligned administrative team.
Positions are your choice - fully remote, fully in person in our SE offices, or hybrid (a little bit of both). Meanwhile, our minimum caseload size remains low at 21 clients, with significantly reduced paperwork through an intake team that completes your assessments for you and the option of AI-supported documentation. We believe in prioritizing work-life balance with heavy emphasis on the life part.

Why Health Allies?
Health Allies Counseling operates from the belief that your work is a tool to support your life — not your entire life. Our structure, benefits, and supports are intentionally designed to prioritize:

Opportunities for rest, connection, and professional growth

Collaboration with therapists who bring diverse identities, experiences, and clinical perspectives

Doing the right thing matters here. Ethics, integrity, and thoughtful care for clients and colleagues guide our decisions.

We shine as we are. Diversity of identity, experience, and perspective strengthens our team and our clinical work.
