Hello! I’m Simeon (he/him) — a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping people move through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges with compassion, curiosity, and care. I support individuals who are navigating emotional struggles, life transitions, and relationship patterns by offering therapy that is nuanced, affirming, and tailored to you.

Rooted in feminist theory and cultural humility, my practice is intentionally inclusive and welcoming. I provide high-quality, identity-affirming care for neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, and disabled clients. I deeply value the identities, histories, and lived experiences you bring to therapy, and I believe healing requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll co-create a therapeutic space that truly honors who you are.

I believe that when we understand our patterns, behaviors, and personal histories, we gain the power to create meaningful change. My work blends an eclectic therapeutic style with a strong psychodynamic foundation. We’ll explore how past experiences, relational wounds, and unconscious beliefs shape the way you move through the world today—especially in the relationships that matter most. From this insight, we’ll build the path toward transformation, growth, and deeper self-connection.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients heal from complex trauma (including sexual, developmental, relational, and religious trauma), as well as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming. I offer a grounding, non-judgmental space where you can better understand yourself and begin making changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable. From an existential lens, I also help clients explore purpose and meaning so they can move toward a more fulfilling life.

Many clients share that our work together has created profound shifts—a stronger sense of self, deeper understanding, more freedom in relationships, and renewed creativity, purpose, and love. With over five years of specialized training and experience in trauma and mental health, I am committed to walking alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self.

Reaching out for support is an act of courage, and I truly honor the vulnerability it takes to take that first step. If my approach resonates with you, I would be grateful for the opportunity to meet and explore how we can work together toward your goals.
