Are you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you — even when you understand why they’re there?
Do relationships feel confusing, overwhelming, or harder than they should be?
Are you carrying experiences from your past that still show up in your body, your emotions, or the way you move through the world today?
If any of this resonates, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
Hello — I’m Simeon (he/him). I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the impacts of rigid or harmful gender expectations. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed by life transitions, exhausted by old coping strategies, or unsure how to make sense of what they’re carrying. My goal is to offer a therapy space that feels compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely tailored to you.
My work is rooted in feminist theory and cultural humility, and I’m deeply committed to creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming. I provide identity-affirming care for neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, and disabled clients. I also work with individuals unpacking toxic masculinity and restrictive gender roles — often helping clients explore how these messages impact emotions, relationships, vulnerability, and self-worth. Therapy with me isn’t about fitting you into a model; it’s about co-creating a space that honors who you are and what you need.
You might be a good fit if…
-
You feel stuck in emotional or relational patterns, even after doing a lot of self-reflection or personal work
-
You’re carrying the impact of trauma (including sexual, developmental, relational, or religious trauma) and want support that feels careful, attuned, and affirming
-
You want to explore how rigid gender expectations or toxic masculinity have shaped your emotional life, relationships, or sense of self
-
You’re navigating anxiety, depression, shame, or identity-related stress and want therapy that honors your full lived experience
-
You identify as neurodivergent, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2+, disabled, or hold other marginalized identities and want care that is culturally responsive and affirming
-
You value depth-oriented therapy that balances insight with meaningful, sustainable change
-
You’re curious about exploring purpose, meaning, and authenticity alongside emotional healing
-
You’re looking for a therapist who offers a grounded, non-judgmental presence and moves at a pace that feels right for you
I support clients healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and the impacts of toxic masculinity, offering a calm, non-judgmental space to slow down, feel understood, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Many clients share that our work helps them feel more connected to themselves, more at ease in relationships, and more aligned with what matters most to them. With over five years of trauma-focused experience, I am honored to walk alongside you in this process.
Reaching out for support takes courage. If this feels like a good fit, I would truly welcome the opportunity to connect and explore working together.
