Hi, my name is Hillary (she/her). Life can be complex, and therapy offers a space to reflect, grow, and take steps toward the life you want. I am committed to making that step feel supportive, grounded, and collaborative. I work with adults navigating grief and loss, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and the emotional impact of stressful or painful experiences. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and more connected to yourself. Together, we explore what may be getting in the way of the life you want and develop practical tools and insight to help you move forward. I believe that with support, people can work through emotional wounds, grow into their unique selves, and live a meaningful life.
My style is warm, engaged, and down to earth. My work is grounded in existential principles and informed by evidence-based approaches such as mindfulness-based CBT, EMDR, IFS, attachment-focused therapy, and art therapy. While I see therapy and the therapeutic relationship as a form of creative expression, art-making is completely optional. I tailor each
session to your needs, providing space to process emotions, build coping skills, understand patterns, or simply be yourself. In our work together, we explore the deeper themes that shape your life such as meaning, identity, values, and self-acceptance. We look at how your past experiences have influenced the way you relate to yourself and others, and gently begin to reshape patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy is a space where your story is respected, and new possibilities can begin to emerge.
I am here to help you navigate life’s complexities with reflection, acceptance, and courage, while supporting you in developing healthy coping and behavioral patterns. If you are ready to explore your story and envision new possibilities, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
