Are you a highly skilled therapist who loves the art of intake?
At Health Allies Counseling, we believe that intake work isn’t paperwork—it’s powerful clinical care that shapes the future of someone’s treatment.
We believe that high-quality mental healthcare begins with an exceptional intake process. We’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Intake Coordinator who thrives on precision, strong clinical judgment, and building rapport quickly. If you’re a clinician who excels at diagnosing, treatment planning, and Medicaid documentation—and loves doing it well—you may be a perfect fit for our team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of care for new clients, applying trauma-informed judgment and matching them with providers who can best support their healing. You’ll work independently while being part of a robustly supported group practice that prioritizes ethical treatment, professional growth, and meaningful work-life balance.
If you’re ready to use your expertise to guide people toward the right care—and want a team where your judgment is trusted and your well-being matters—we invite you to apply.
