I'm Kassandra, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-
BC) with experience since 2015 and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Boise State
University. I specialize in medication management and supportive therapy for mood
disorders, including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder,
PTSD, Anxiety, and OCD. I am licensed in Oregon and Washington and offer telehealth
appointments to best fit your needs.

I believe that quality mental health care is built on compassion, collaboration, and
evidence-based practice. My goal is to work alongside you as a true partner, helping to
reduce or eliminate the symptoms that make daily life feel overwhelming. I have a
special interest in mood disorders and trauma, and I am passionate about supporting
individuals through the complexities of emotional regulation challenges. I typically work
from home, where my dogs are usually curled up somewhere nearby — a small but
genuine reminder that care, warmth, and a little comfort go a long way. I am currently
accepting new patients ages 18–60 via telehealth and look forward to meeting you!
