Ian (he/him) is the Billing & Contracting Manager at Health Allies Counseling, where he oversees billing, credentialing, and contracting. He also serves as one of the practice's Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHA-R), supporting clients directly alongside his administrative work.

 

Ian joined the practice in 2020 and brings 16 years of experience in mental health administration across both medical and behavioral health settings. Through his own lived experience, he's come to believe that access to mental healthcare can be transformational — and that meaningful support comes not only from therapy, but from genuine connection with people and access to community resources. Outside of work he's usually with family, his dog Iggy, at the theater, or somewhere out in the Pacific Northwest.
